November ends with a light snow

Boone snow

The first, expected, accumulated snow of the winter lightly blanketed the High Country Tuesday. At least an inch of the white stuff was reported from as high an altitude as Banner Elk down to Boone. It was a light snow, but one much enjoyed; especially if you run a ski resort. No more snow is expected in the immediate forecast. (Photo from the facebook)
