Applications to Join the High Country Association
If you hold an active North Carolina Real Estate License, you can join the High Country Association as a Primary, Secondary In-State, or Secondary Out-Of-State REALTOR® member.
If you own a business that provides a service to REALTORS®, you can join the High Country Association as an Allied Member.
Members submitting completed transfer request forms with transfer fee will be transferred to the new office within 48 hours unless otherwise notified.
Applications to Join the High Country Multiple Listing Service
If you are the Broker-in-Charge of your firm, your firm can join the High Country MLS, and you can join as the Member Participant (Head of Firm).
If you are affiliated with an existing High Country MLS firm, you can subscribe to the High Country MLS through that firm.
